Preschool Schedule
Daily Schedule
(Morning Session: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Arrival & Welcome
7:50 – 8:05 a.m. / 12:50 – 1:05 p.m.
Parents help their child find their name in their cubby, put away shoes and backpack, and get settled in. We greet each little one warmly, helping them feel safe, seen, and ready for a great day.
Exploratory Free Play
8:00 – 9:00 a.m. / 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Children explore thoughtfully prepared play invitations that vary daily. Examples include:
- Large Group Sensory Tables – Theme-related activities such as pouring and scooping grains, water play, slime, playful paint, and seasonal sensory bins.
- Independent Play Stations – Rotating activities like puzzles, pegboards, drawing pads, mini chalkboards, lacing cards, magnetic boards, “build a face” emotion games, sorting activities, word building, and letter matching.
- Dramatic Play & Gross Motor – Pretend kitchens, dress-up, building materials, climbing and balancing equipment, and imaginative setups.
These are just examples—our activities change often to keep children engaged, inspired, and challenged.
Snack & First Circle Time
9:00 – 9:30 a.m. / 2:00 – 2:30 p.m.

9:30 – 10:15 a.m. / 2:30 – 3:15 p.m.
Outdoor play includes cooperative and movement games like Red Light, Green Light, Simon Says, Duck Duck Goose, relay races, freeze dance, and more. This time supports gross motor skills, teamwork, and a love for active play.
Focused Learning & Creative Time

Back indoors, children explore new sensory and learning activities. Examples include:

Small groups or one-on-one time may focus on art projects, sight reader books, writing practice, and targeted support based on each child’s needs.
Closing Circle, Snack & Storytime
11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 4:30 – 5:00 p.m.
We share a final snack, review what we learned, and enjoy stories together. Children are picked up while we’re reading or finishing their snack, leaving them with a calm, happy end to their day.
Our schedule is designed to balance structure with flexibility, giving children space to explore, create, learn, and connect—while always feeling loved and valued.
